First of all, the ISO 9001 certification, which cannot be considered as a simple certificate but as proof of a process of continuous updating to grow at every organizational level, resulting in excellent planning, management and control of the processing phases, optimizing times, tools and methods to the maximum.
It is able to issue the MOCA Declaration of Conformity
(Material or Object in Contact with Food), a certification required to ensure compliance with certain mandatory requirements in terms of food hygiene; guaranteeing the quality of the product in all phases of the process: from the raw material to the finished product, from labeling to storage, to ensure that there have been no alterations to the quality of the product.
The strong point is being supported by a dedicated and certified supplier park that allows us to maintain and manage the traceability of all products or parts of them that are intended to come into contact with food.
The company complies with the requirements for the execution of steel structures, regardless of their type and shape, according to the EN 1090-1+A1 standard (Execution of steel and aluminium structures – Part 1: Requirements for the conformity assessment of structural components).
Furthermore, it complies with the extended quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials according to the standard
ISO 3834-2. In this context, the company has certified operators in the Welding Inspection activity, that is, figures capable of supervising and controlling the various welding activities.
Finally, we have collaborators qualified to perform non-destructive quality control with the visual method (VT) Level 2, that is, able to objectively evaluate characteristics or anomalies visible to the naked eye or through remote control equipment based on specific parameters.
In conclusion, it is able to produce pressure components (e.g. tanks) compliant with the requirements of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive).
